Maison Eleve is a referral and matching platform that helps families and households connect with independent service providers for household services, including house cleaning, senior companion services, and childcare support.

Maison Eleve is not a medical provider, nursing agency, home health agency, licensed child care facility, employer of independent providers, or insurer of provider conduct unless specifically stated in a written agreement signed by Maison Eleve.

Service providers introduced through Maison Eleve are independent providers and are responsible for their own conduct, services, tools, transportation, taxes, insurance, qualifications, licensing, and compliance with applicable laws.

Maison Eleve does not control the day-to-day actions of independent providers inside a client’s home. The provider is solely responsible for the service they perform, including any damage, injury, theft, misconduct, negligence, or failure to perform.

Maison Eleve works to make thoughtful matches, but we do not guarantee that a specific provider will be available, that a client will accept a provider, that a provider will accept a request, or that services will meet every personal preference.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the household, service location, requested services, allergies, pets, access instructions, children, seniors, safety concerns, and any special circumstances.

Clients are responsible for determining whether a provider is suitable for their household. Clients should supervise and communicate with providers as appropriate, especially for services involving children, seniors, vulnerable adults, pets, valuable property, or access to the home.

Maison Eleve does not provide medical care, nursing care, medication administration, personal care services, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services.

Senior companion services are non-medical companionship and household support services only, unless otherwise agreed in writing and performed by a properly licensed provider.

Childcare services are not emergency services. If there is an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority.

Maison Eleve may use screening steps for providers, which may include identity review, experience review, reference checks, background checks, interviews, or other review methods.

Screening reduces risk but does not eliminate risk. Maison Eleve does not guarantee that screening will identify every past issue, future risk, or possible misconduct.

Clients agree to pay all service fees, booking fees, placement fees, cancellation fees, and other charges disclosed before booking or payment.

Payment terms may vary based on the type of service, provider availability, location, and requested schedule. All payment terms must be reviewed before confirming service.

Maison Eleve’s cancellation and refund rules are listed in the Payment & Cancellation Policy. By booking a service, the client agrees to that policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Eleve is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, theft, property damage, injury, abuse, harassment, unsafe conduct, or illegal actions of any independent provider, client, household member, visitor, or third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Eleve’s total liability for any claim related to the website, referral, match, booking, payment, or service will not exceed the amount paid directly to Maison Elevée for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow limitation.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maison Eleve, its owners, officers, team members, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, expenses, and legal fees arising from your use of the website, your service request, your conduct, your home environment, your violation of these Terms, or your dispute with a provider, client, household member, visitor, or third party.

You may not use this website to submit false information, harass others, bypass Maison Eleve’s process, interfere with business operations, copy website content, scrape data, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Clients and providers may not use Maison Eleve to make an introduction and then bypass Maison Eleve to avoid applicable fees, unless Maison Eleve gives written permission. Any direct arrangement made outside Maison Eleve is at the client’s and provider’s own risk.

Maison Eleve may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
