Payment & Cancellation Policy

This Payment & Cancellation Policy explains how payment, cancellation, refunds, and rescheduling work for Maison Elevée services.

1. Payment Required to Confirm Service

A booking, match, consultation, placement, or service request may require payment before the service is confirmed. A service is not confirmed until Maison Elevée confirms the booking in writing by email, text, invoice, or booking confirmation.

2. Fees

Fees may include service fees, booking fees, placement fees, cancellation fees, or other disclosed charges. Fees vary based on service type, location, provider availability, schedule, scope of work, and household needs.

3. 24-Hour Cancellation Rule

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled service start time.

 

If a client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled service start time, the payment is non-refundable unless Maison Elevée approves an exception in writing.

 

If a client books a service less than 24 hours before the service start time, that booking may be treated as final and non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Client No-Show or No Access

If the provider arrives and cannot access the property, cannot reach the client, or cannot perform the service because the client failed to provide access, instructions, keys, parking information, gate access, or required household details, the payment is non-refundable.

5. Provider Unavailability

If a provider becomes unavailable and Maison Elevée cannot provide a reasonable replacement, the client may choose a reschedule, service credit, or refund for the affected service.

6. Late Arrival

Arrival times may be affected by traffic, parking, prior appointments, emergencies, or other reasonable delays. A minor delay does not automatically qualify for a refund.

7. Service Concerns

If a client has a concern about a service, the client must notify Maison Elevée within 24 hours after the service ends. Maison Elevée may review the concern and may, in its discretion, offer a correction, reschedule, credit, partial refund, or no refund depending on the facts.

8. Non-Refundable Fees

Booking fees, placement fees, administrative fees, rush fees, and late cancellation fees may be non-refundable when disclosed before payment.

9. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Maison Elevée first to resolve payment concerns before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in suspension from future services.

10. Invoice Language

All invoices should include the following notice:

 

“By paying this invoice, you agree to Maison Elevée’s Terms of Use and Payment & Cancellation Policy. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service start time. Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide access may be non-refundable.”
